Thank you for shopping at Lil Stompers.  We hope that you are happy with your purchase.  However, if for any reason you are not happy or have changed your mind – we are happy to offer a refund on goods returned to us within 21 days of purchase.  

*SALE/EX-DISPLAY/SOLD-AS-SEEN ITEMS* are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be exchanged for different sizes or products.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 21 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging with all tags intact & be resell able
• Shoes must be clean, unworn, with no marks/scratches and with soles intact and unmarked.   We suggest trying shoes on in a clean carpeted area to prevent marking of the soles.
• Include your name, address, contact tel, email and reason for return.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. The cost of the goods will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded.

How to Return Goods

Return Items can be posted or returned directly to our shop.

Postal Returns

Goods should be packaged well and your contact details and reason for return should be included.  You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address: 6 Raheny, Shopping Centre, Howth Road, Raheny, Dublin 5 D05HK83, Ireland

 We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Lil Stompers are not liable for goods lost/damaged in transit. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

 Items received by post will be refunded through our website.  This normally takes 5-6 days and should take no longer than 14 days from the date we receive the returned items. Lil Stompers will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund
the value of any shipping paid.

Returns to our Shop

Items returned directly our store can avail of exchange or credit note on the day.   Refunds to credit cards are processed through our website and will take a little longer, normally 5-6 days and no longer than 14 days.  Credit card refunds are processed through the website to the card used for the original transaction.

Faulty/Damaged Item

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product, either by email  lilstompersshop@gmail.com or telephone +353871090203 (during opening hours).  We will organise either a replacement item or a refund and have the damaged goods collected from you.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Lil Stompers will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is
submitted within 6 weeks of receipt of items.  Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Lil Stompers to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive either repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

We can cancel an order for you up until it is dispatched.  If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost).  To cancel an order, contact our shop during opening hours on +353 87 1090203.  You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 21 days from the date on which You received the Goods. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to supply all items. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and issue a full refund for any items that are unavailable.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be calculated at the time of purchase.  Currently we ship throughout Ireland for €7 per order. This flat rate allows you to order multiple items for the same shipping fee. Free Nationwide shipping is available for orders over €65. Free Local Delivery +€25 spend, anywhere within 6k of our shop. Worldwide shipping is not available at this time.  From time to time we run promotions offering shipping discount.  For these promotions you will be asked to enter a discount code at checkout.

 DELIVERY

We deliver nationwide with Parcel Motel/Nightline and An Post and this takes 2-4 days from date of dispatch.  We aim to dispatch all goods within 2 days from date or order.   Orders may take a little longer during public holidays.

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

DUTIES & TAXES

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without
any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the
courier.
