Shipping policy

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to supply all items. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and issue a full refund for any items that are unavailable.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be calculated at the time of purchase.  Currently we ship throughout Ireland for €7 per order.   This is a flat rate and allows you to order multiple items for the same shipping fee.  Free nationwide shipping is available for orders over €65.  Free Local Delivery +€25 spend, anywhere within 6k of our shop.

Worldwide shipping is not available at this time.  From time to time we run promotions offering shipping discount.  For these promotions you will be asked to enter a discount code at checkout.

 DELIVERY

We deliver nationwide with Parcel Motel/Nightline and this takes 2-4 days from date of dispatch.  We aim to dispatch all goods within 2 days from date or order.  Orders may take a little longer during public holidays.

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be
able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

DUTIES & TAXES

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without
any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country

Order Cancellations

We can cancel an order for you up until it is dispatched.  If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost).  To cancel an order, contact our shop during opening hours on +353 87 1090203.  You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 21 days from the date on which You received the Goods. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

9. INSURANCE

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the
courier.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
